Jack Ricchiuto / Assessment Tools
Much of my work begins with a baseline assessment of where people are in their performance to best practices. Here are examples of 5 assessment tools available online. Most run 60 or more multiple-choice response questions, so they are thorough, strengths-focused, and all very actionable. They are ideal for planning retreats and work sessions and each can be modified to specific contexts and purposes.
Contact me (216.373.7475 or jack at designinglife dotcom) for more information and details. We can lift out any configuration of items from any of the surveys to design a completely personalized approach, creating surveys of 20, 40, or 60 items, including clustering items around the themes listed for each of the surveys.
Assessments are excellent ways to start people thinking and talking about transformational possibilities we will help them move toward.
Leadership assessment / Addressing the engaging power of focus, learning and development, collaboration, trust, integrity, accountability, passion, and vision
Team & collaboration assessment / Addressing engaging and mapping team assets, clarity of expectations, communication, collaboration, quality of connections, strengths-based focus, and team productivity
Generative Thinking Assessment / Addressing managing uncertainty and creativity, passion for learning, quality connections, self-management, personal productivity, and vision

Each tool helps people identify their areas of greatest strength, which also happen to be their areas of greatest potential for growth. They are powerful ways to get people focused and aligned in opportunities of their greatest personal and collective potentials.
